Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide risk support across all risk types to strengthen compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and risk program requirements.
  • •Partner with first- and second-line defense teammates to identify, escalate, and remediate risk control gaps and ensure ERM compliance.
  • •Monitor and report emerging risks impacting business unit partners and Truist, and execute record retention routines for risk monitoring compliance.
  • •Provide risk management expertise in strategic projects and seek guidance/input from appropriate peers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent education and training).

  • •Experience in compliance and operational risk mitigation and remediation.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • •Proven leadership and management skills, with strong time management and organizational skills adaptable to a complex environment.
