Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines while supervising lab personnel.
  • •Perform regular and special chemical analysis on cement and related materials for process and quality control.
  • •Review chemical and physical test results and take actions to adjust quality to meet standards and production objectives.
  • •Supervise and evaluate laboratory personnel, including disciplinary actions, and assign lab responsibilities.
  • •Maintain QC/QA documentation and data trending (including PCIS/PTIS), support compliance sampling, and manage lab instrument calibrations with guidance from Quality Control leadership.
