•Negotiate contract terms and conditions according to company goals and partners mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and CVP (consumer value proposition)
•Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty impacting positively both absolute metrics and relatives such as market share
•Control perimeter P&L identifying opportunities and risks
