Key Responsibilities

  • •Work day-to-day on insolvency, restructuring, and liquidation engagements as a key team member.
  • •Apply insolvency legislation to support case strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • •Collaborate on cross-border matters across Teneo’s IFC network, including Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, CARICOM, Hong Kong, and The Channel Islands.
  • •Produce high-quality client deliverables within planned timescales and support Senior Management with day-to-day needs.
  • •Assist with business development and marketing initiatives and help prepare research documents, proposals, and client delivery documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree.
  • •Minimum of two years of audit, insolvency, or financial advisory experience in a professional services or advisory firm.
  • •Knowledge of relevant insolvency legislation to support case strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • •Qualified with a recognized professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent) or an insolvency qualification (CPI, JIEB or equivalent).
  • •Ability to support cross-border matters across international financial centers.
