Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing through engineering collaboration to ship pixel-perfect UI.
  • •Develop and maintain design systems and best practices to ensure brand consistency across digital and print assets.
  • •Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate feedback into actionable interface improvements.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to turn complex workflows and analytics into clear, modern, actionable interfaces.
  • •Create accessible, responsive design components for customer- and agent-facing products.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in product design, UX/UI design, or visual design roles, ideally in high-growth startups or fintech/financial products.
  • •Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Experience creating scalable design systems that support rapid iteration while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
  • •A data-driven mindset with a portfolio showing thoughtful, usable, high-impact product interfaces.
  • •Comfort conducting user research and translating technical ideas into user-centered UI solutions.
