Key Responsibilities

  • •Own architecture design, buildout, optimization, and operations governance for global office networks, workplace networks, data center access, and cross-border backbone connectivity to ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability.
  • •Lead capacity expansion for regional office networks and R&D/operations scenarios, ensuring delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
  • •Design enterprise network architecture aligned with IT strategy and business growth, covering campus, wireless, WAN, SD-WAN, data center interconnect, cloud connectivity, dual-stack IPv4/IPv6, security boundaries, and disaster recovery.
  • •Act as technical owner for key projects: drive cross-region network build/transformation/migration and incident remediation, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, carriers, and external vendors to resolve project risks.
  • •Build and maintain global network delivery standards and playbooks, and lead troubleshooting/root-cause analysis and major incident response to drive long-term improvements and reduce business continuity impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Extensive experience designing, planning, building, optimizing, and governing enterprise office/workplace and data-center network environments across regions.
  • •Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching, wireless networking, load balancing, network security, and high-availability architecture; strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, QoS, VPN, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.
  • •Experience designing and operating IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack networks and large-scale office/backbone/WAN architectures across regions.
  • •Strong hands-on ability in solution design, configuration review, change assessment, fault isolation, performance optimization, implementation governance, and operational handover.
