Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead EMEA technology forecasting and budgeting, deliver period-end reporting, and perform variance analysis with risks and opportunities to senior leaders.
  • •Advise technology leaders and turn financial data into actionable insights to support investment decisions and strengthen budget accountability.
  • •Oversee the EMEA application development portfolio, aligning investment, resources, and project performance with strategic priorities.
  • •Govern technology investments and capitalisation: review funding, ensure accounting compliance, monitor spend, and track benefits.
  • •Plan resource capacity and demand for EMEA technology, analysing workforce needs, costs, utilisation, and deployment, including month-end activities and efficiency initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
  • •Five or more years of FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or technology finance experience.
  • •Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing executive-level presentations and financial insights.
