Tooling Engineer

Design, develop, and optimize injection molds and tooling to support efficient plastic injection molding and high-quality output. Collaborate with product engineering, support quoting and feasibility for new tooling, and coordinate with tool shops and vendors for timely fabrication. Drive improvements by developing molding processes, troubleshooting defects, running mold trials/validation, and maintaining process documentation. Manage mold and tooling maintenance, analyze downtime/tool wear, and support production with technical guidance and operator training.
