Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise on-site civil works for utility-scale solar projects, including foundations, piling campaigns, and drainage networks.
  • •Monitor grading, access roads, drainage, fencing, piling/foundations, cable trenches, and civil interfaces for control room/yard and OHPL/MCR/PSS.
  • •Verify dimensions, levels, embedments, concrete/workmanship status, reinstatement, and workfront handover against approved drawings and ITPs.
  • •Coordinate civil release of areas for MMS/tracker erection, equipment placement, and electrical installation.
  • •Report nonconformities and site readiness constraints to QA/QC and construction management, and support QS/as-built measurement verification and civil punch closure for HOTO.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • •5–10 years of progressive civil engineering experience in heavy infrastructure, wind power, or utility-scale solar.
  • •At least 2–3 years of direct field execution experience on utility-scale solar plants (150MW+), driving large pile-driving and structural foundation programs.
  • •Proficiency interpreting complex civil layout drawings, structural rebar schedules, and topographic mapping frameworks.
  • •Working knowledge of surveying instrumentation (Total Station, RTK GPS data) and civil layout tools like AutoCAD (preferred).
