Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of complex technology programs using AI-enabled delivery capabilities, automation, and data-driven insights.
  • •Drive end-to-end delivery by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
  • •Establish program governance structures, operating rhythms, and executive reporting to track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple workstreams and teams, ensuring alignment and resource allocation.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with SDLC and enterprise governance requirements across technology initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 215,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • •Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and modern software delivery methodologies and the full product development lifecycle (testing and deployment).
  • •Experience in program delivery or project management in a technology-focused environment, including leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with a track record of successful delivery.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mentoring/developing team members in a high-performing environment.
  • •Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ADO, and working within Agile Release Train (ART)/SAFe practices (e.g., PI planning).
