Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and data infrastructure to support Palantir’s operations and decision-making.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand user behavior and patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • •Develop KPIs and dashboards, monitor pipeline stability, and propose efficiency improvements across platforms.
  • •Own projects end-to-end and communicate milestones and performance to stakeholders.
  • •Create engineering awareness and drive data-driven behavior changes within the product organization.
