Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the platform roadmap and provide hands-on technical leadership for shared services and frameworks used across iwoca engineering.
  • •Lead development of shared frameworks and services, translating vision into well-designed, robust, maintainable systems.
  • •Act as the trusted reviewer for contributions from partner teams and resolve conflicts between maintenance and delivery through dedicated ownership.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders in commercial funnel teams to shape a shared roadmap and improve service health, reliability, and developer experience.
  • •Manage and mentor engineers, defining and championing engineering best practices across the engineering group.
