Job Summary

Execute maintenance and minor repairs on standard products at customer sites in Samut Prakan, investigating and resolving technical problems and preparing service jobs to reach the shortest turnaround. Produce and collect on-site service reports, update the service execution IT system, and report unsafe practices for continuous improvement. Capture installed base information, communicate sales opportunities, recommend spares, and support service centre execution when required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
•3–5 years of experience in repairing and maintenance services for industrial machinery/equipment.
•Electrical or automation background, with interest in hands-on mechanical work.
•Hands-on experience with heat exchanges, separator, and decanter is a plus.
•Good English and Thai communication skills (written and spoken) and computer literacy.
