Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NPD/EPD projects, BDI initiatives, and related maintenance activities within the One China R&D team.
  • •Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to internal/external standards while keeping line managers informed of issues and risks.
  • •Liaise with cross-functional and cross-site internal/external teams to meet technical milestones and aligned KPI success criteria.
  • •Compile, approve, and circulate technical reports; ensure specifications and documentation are in place and approved prior to production start-up for audit readiness.
  • •Create and develop evaluation methodologies and support ongoing initiatives to ensure compliance with legislative, health & safety, and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as engineering or sciences.
  • •Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in product development within an FMCG environment, specifically in R&D or technical support functions.
  • •Interested in and experienced with laboratory formulation development.
  • •Proven continuous improvement track record and working practices that support an audit-ready culture.
  • •Strong English skills and experience in an international company are an advantage.
