  • •Maintain complete property records, validate documentation, and ensure ARIMS compliance.
  • •Monitor cyclic, sensitive, and annual inventories; advise commanders and validate accuracy.
  • •Execute GCSS-Army transactions, including adjustments, serial number postings, suspense management, and documentation control.
  • •Manage FLIPL processing, including reviewing eFLIPLs, correcting data, and forwarding to PBO within 72 hours.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • •Must have a security clearance (preference to those that have one).
  • •Minimum of 5 years of Property Book experience supporting Army logistics or sustainment operations.
  • •Proficiency with GCSS-Army, AESIP, FEDLOG, TAADS, and ARIMS.
  • •Strong understanding of AR 710-1, AR 710-4, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1/2-2.
