Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the deployment and management of AI/GenAI capabilities, leveraging APIs and third-party models for practical integration into product concept creation.
  • •Provide technical leadership and coordinate across teams to ensure AI solutions align with organizational standards for scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • •Serve as an interface between R&D and the Data & Analytics ecosystem, translating business needs into AI-driven solutions and communicating progress and challenges.
  • •Stay current on GenAI advances and assess/integrate new tools to enhance existing capabilities, including MLOps and model evaluation practices.
  • •Define KPIs and run experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to optimize AI applications based on real-world performance and high-quality data foundations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
  • •Strong hands-on experience building GenAI applications in Python, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API development, testing, version control, and maintainable code design.
  • •Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in Azure.
  • •Strong knowledge of SQL and data management principles; Databricks experience is a plus.
