Key Responsibilities

  • •Support live and digital event execution to identify and capture opportunities to delight customers, partners, and internal audiences.
  • •Independently manage event workstreams and tasks for complex Cisco-led and third-party-led events across multiple formats and audiences.
  • •Execute event logistics and workstreams with strong attention to detail to drive operational excellence.
  • •Proactively address routine issues, develop contingency plans, and resolve challenges to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • •Measure and communicate event performance and business impact using data-driven insights and reporting; maintain timelines and deliverables in project management systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing, customer experience, or related fields.
  • •Experience managing complex enterprise-level physical, digital, and hybrid events.
  • •Proficiency with project management/workplace tools such as Airtable, Qualtrics, Microsoft Office, Cvent, and Sharepoint.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional customers and external vendors in fast-paced environments.
  • •Strong experience tracking program metrics, reporting outcomes, and optimizing event performance; proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau and Snowflake desired.
