Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with development and implementation of new PMO processes, standards, and templates.
  • •Gather, analyze, and present portfolio data; help produce portfolio dashboards, reporting packs, and governance materials.
  • •Support Project Managers with project plans and schedules; track milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate, timely reporting aligned with PMO standards.
  • •Organise meetings/workshops, maintain document repositories and version control, and help prepare briefing papers and business materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have the legal right to work in the UK immediately (Boeing will not sponsor visa status).
  • •Undergraduate intern role; candidates should be studying towards a degree.
  • •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • •Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • •Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or PMI) and/or tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project is preferred.
