•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients
•Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice
•Exceed sales goals and KPI targets
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming store environment

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.85 - 23.98 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to thrive as a team player in a collaborative, inclusive, goal-oriented environment
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
