Key Responsibilities

  • •Own acquisitions end to end, from sourcing and screening targets through valuation, diligence, structuring, negotiation, and close.
  • •Determine where the business should go next by evaluating markets and business lines to enter, build, or buy, and producing leadership-ready recommendations.
  • •Build models, market work, and investment cases to support go/no-go decisions.
  • •Drive execution by running deal workstreams, managing advisors and data rooms, tracking timelines, and carrying approvals into integration.
  • •Take on short-notice special projects that require a small team to find answers and execute.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years in M&A, investing (PE, VC or infrastructure), corporate development, or a similarly high-intensity analytical role.

  • •Ability to parachute into ambiguous problems and drive them to an answer and outcome.
  • •Strong commercial judgement and communication skills to make a case to leadership.
  • •Highly operational, detail-oriented, and fast-moving, with a strong quantitative or STEM background.
