Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, lead and maintain a Global PLM strategy to scale into new markets and products, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and complex portfolios
  • •Oversee data integrity, configuration management, BOM across international hubs and manufacturing partners while increasing development programs and production volume
  • •Manage executive relationships with software providers and implementation partners; own PLM CAPEX/OPEX budget and ensure technology delivers ROI
  • •Promote cross-functional ECO workflows and product release gates as the bridge between Design, R&D and Supply Chain
  • •Mentor the PLM team in data migrations, system integrations, and rapid resolution of product release bottlenecks
