•Define, lead and maintain a Global PLM strategy to scale into new markets and products, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and complex portfolios
•Oversee data integrity, configuration management, BOM across international hubs and manufacturing partners while increasing development programs and production volume
•Manage executive relationships with software providers and implementation partners; own PLM CAPEX/OPEX budget and ensure technology delivers ROI
•Promote cross-functional ECO workflows and product release gates as the bridge between Design, R&D and Supply Chain
•Mentor the PLM team in data migrations, system integrations, and rapid resolution of product release bottlenecks

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 226,100 - 266,000 annually
