Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI Neobank app, turning manual workflows into reliable, production-ready automation. You’ll design AI-powered assistants, agents, and integrations using LLM APIs, internal data, and APIs across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, and payments. Own evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows to ensure accuracy, safety, latency, cost, and privacy, then prototype and ship improvements that measurably reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Work with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Create integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test with users/operators, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgment on when AI is appropriate vs. rule-based systems or human review.
•Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
