Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across North America, including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, cycle counting, kitting, and outbound fulfillment.
  • •Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking, maintaining chain of custody from dock to rack for infrastructure hardware and consumables.
  • •Plan domestic freight and coordinate international shipments, selecting carriers and resolving delays, damage, and shortages.
  • •Manage third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders, including onboarding, service-level tracking, performance reviews, and cost management.
  • •Coordinate with data center operations, hardware engineering, procurement, and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines and site readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping.
  • •Hands-on experience with a warehouse management or inventory management system, and comfort analyzing inventory and shipment data in spreadsheets.
  • •Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels and holding vendors accountable.
  • •Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel) and the documentation required.
  • •Strong communication skills to coordinate across technical/non-technical teams and external partners.
