Senior Project Manager - Development

Lead and govern large-scale data center development programs on behalf of the client, serving as the primary day-to-day advisor from site identification through development, entitlement, utility coordination, due diligence, and construction readiness. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and feasibility work; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder communications; support value engineering and procurement readiness; and provide construction-phase oversight including commissioning coordination and handover support.
