Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement global learning and development programs that support manufacturing operations and strategic business goals
•Align training initiatives with objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and performance improvement
•Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to assess capability needs and identify skill gaps across manufacturing teams
•Develop targeted learning solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and employee development
•Partner with regional and local teams to adapt global programs to local operational needs while maintaining alignment with company standards
•Continuously evaluate learning program effectiveness and drive improvements based on feedback and performance data
•Promote a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and professional growth across all manufacturing locations
•Measure and report program impact using KPIs such as productivity, quality improvements, safety metrics, and employee engagement
•Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on program outcomes

Key Requirements

•Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
