Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, covering planning through closeout.
  • •Work with clients to prepare project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, and quality control.
  • •Conduct request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend project delivery resources to clients.
  • •Implement and maintain project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements, ensuring accurate, timely, coordinated data.
  • •Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency action plans; track progress, report status and variances, and guide the delivery team to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; degree may be replaced by a combination of experience and education.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • •Ability to exercise judgment using analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • •Organizational skills with an advanced, inquisitive mindset.
