VP – People Enterprise Delivery

Establish and lead the People function’s Project Management and Enterprise Delivery Office, providing governance and oversight for the People transformation portfolio. Drive enterprise-wide change management and communications, coordinate cross-functional programmes aligned to People Centres of Excellence and business priorities, and manage portfolio risk, dependencies, and performance. Own reporting and continuous improvement frameworks to ensure adoption, benefits realisation, and measurable outcomes across the Group People function.
