Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee ROW project execution and field operations, including project planning, staffing, and budgeting.
  • •Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics; produce status reports, dashboards, risk assessments, and earned value analysis.
  • •Supervise project staff, supervisors, and subcontractors; assign and schedule project tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • •Oversee land acquisition for rights-of-way, easements, licenses, leases, and permits; guide appraisal practices for fair market value ranges.
  • •Act as primary client point of contact and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including title research and settlement of damage claims.
