Job Summary

Lead a warehouse team at the HelloFresh Mississauga Distribution Centre, overseeing receiving, shipping and storage, and driving accurate real-time inventory movements and quality control. You’ll supervise staff, train on inventory procedures and safety, coordinate with Planning/Production/Supply Chain, monitor performance, optimize storage space, and lead process improvements in a fast-paced, food-operations setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise warehouse staff in receiving, shipping, and storing goods to ensure SOPs and safety regulations are followed.
•Ensure real-time, accurate inventory records through cycle counts, stock transfers, and reconciliations with root-cause analysis.
•Provide training to warehouse personnel on inventory procedures, safety regulations, and systems.
•Organize the movement of materials within the warehouse and coordinate transfers with Planning, Production, and Supply Chain.
•Ensure compliance with OH&S acts and warehouse safety regulations, and report hazards or dangers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 65,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years inventory, warehousing, manufacturing and/or supply chain experience with a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business or a related field
•Strong analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills
•Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. Used to working in a high pressure, fast paced, and constantly changing environment
