USAFA Weather Forecaster I

Provide on-site weather forecasting and decision support for aviation, parachute, training, athletics, and other USAFA activities from Davis Airfield. You’ll produce accurate, timely forecasts and actionable weather products using meteorological data, communicate risks and mission impacts to operational leaders and agencies, and perform quality control to ensure forecast accuracy and compliance. The role involves 24/7/365 support with variable shifts, working both independently and as part of a cohesive forecasting team.
