Key Responsibilities

•Oversee full life cycle HR strategy and operations, including HR infrastructure design aligned to rapid growth.
•Manage performance management programs (OKRs/KPIs, calibration, talent planning) and train managers on feedback and development planning.
•Lead recruiting strategy and structured interview frameworks for technical and aerospace talent, leveraging AI-enabled sourcing and screening.
•Own compliance and risk management across FLSA, wage & hour laws, timekeeping, leaves, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll audits.
•Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and offboarding; maintain HR documentation and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with full life cycle HR ownership, including performance management, recruiting, and payroll administration.
•Deep experience ensuring compliance with FLSA, wage & hour regulations, timekeeping laws, leaves, and employee relations risk mitigation.
•At least 5 years of experience with Rippling HRIS (including Talent, Compensation, Payroll) and Rippling Unity.
•At least 5 years working with benefits broker and 401K advisor; vendor management experience across benefits providers.
•Bachelor’s degree required and demonstrated ability to use AI tools in HR (e.g., recruiting, workforce analytics, automation).
