Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with GBU R&D and manufacturing partner factory teams to deliver large format printer products for customer shipment.
  • •Own and drive printer product sub-systems to ensure engineering performance meets specifications and functional requirements.
  • •Provide responsive support to factory build issues and escalations related to owned sub-systems.
  • •Support NPI and CPE activities and participate in product prototyping builds locally or at GBU sites with DFx input and knowledge transfer.
  • •Drive change management at manufacturing partner factories, resolve product/process engineering issues, and partner with Operations to improve cost, quality, and factory productivity while managing performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrated competence.
  • •4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a hands-on approach.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills with a sense of urgency aligned to program schedules.
  • •Good GD&T fundamentals/mechanical skills; electrical and electronic skills are a plus.
