Job Summary

Lead integrated commercial opportunities from bid/proposal through delivery planning, aligning internal stakeholders to build winning strategies. Prepare proposals/bids, manage contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment, and ensure compliance with contract commitments and the I&S Management System. Draft and manage project plans and key project artifacts (risk, communications, sourcing, schedules, quality, RACI, cost model), driving accurate commercial models and I&S process stage deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all elements of I&S opportunities through the I&S process, ensuring stage and decision gate deliverables are met.
•Lead opportunity pursuit by engaging and aligning stakeholders to develop winning proposals or bids.
•Ensure company processes and procedures are followed, applying I&S Management System content and tools to every opportunity.
•Contribute to I&S process adherence by documenting, evaluating, and mitigating project risks using I&S risk management processes and tools.
•Draft the initial project plan and related components (e.g., risk, communications, sourcing, vendor management, schedule, quality, stakeholder matrix, RACI, organizational structure, and I&S cost model).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering, commercial, or scientific discipline.
•10+ years of relevant oil & gas operator or service company experience.
•3+ years of experience in integrated projects.
•Strong understanding of the upstream business environment, including technical and logistical elements.
•Good knowledge of well engineering, well construction, rigs, equipment packages, and technical solutions.
