Job Summary

Support WebMD’s Business Intelligence efforts by partnering with Sales to translate requirements into analytics deliverables. Key Responsibilities

•Act as a liaison between Sales stakeholders and the Business Intelligence team to support reporting and analytics requests.
•Gather and communicate business requirements to internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
•Create, manage, and track project requests within YouTrack while monitoring timelines and deliverables.
•Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on reports, dashboards, and deliverables prior to stakeholder distribution.
•Collaborate with offshore team members and participate in early-morning meetings to coordinate execution and maintain cross-functional communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 hourly

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization.
•Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.
•Experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets and ability to identify trends or insights.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
