Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production technician staff to produce and deliver UAS through factory acceptance while reporting to the Production Manager.
  • •Execute manufacturing operations including hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • •Apply hand tools, assembly tooling, and general manufacturing equipment following documented build instructions.
  • •Ensure safety and standard work compliance, auditing work areas and supporting 5S and continuous improvement.
  • •Maintain daily production transactions and detailed daily record keeping using computer production systems, and provide weekly report-outs on progress, blockers, risks, and needs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician experience.
  • •Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience working with ERP and MES systems, including NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, and Tableau.
  • •A full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
  • •Can interpret technical documentation such as mechanical drawings, work instructions, equipment specs, and electrical schematics.
