Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategy: Drive the development of program and integration strategy, providing thought leadership on broader organizational projects.
  • •End-to-End Execution: Drive the end-to-end deal integration process for acquired companies, high-complexity programs and / or key workstreams by developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing challenges.
  • •Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate and direct the activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring operational readiness and alignment across the organization.
  • •Stakeholder Excellence: Manage top executive stakeholders, maintaining excellence across program meetings and recurring syncs.
  • •Issue Resolution: Monitor program status and rapidly identify issues / risks. Succinctly communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
