Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of Android developers, balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership.
•Evolve the Android app by implementing end-to-end features and defining architecture.
•Oversee delivery, quality, and technical direction while partnering on thorny technical problems.
•Choose practical technologies and guide engineering decisions that increase team advantage.
•Dive into mobile lifecycle topics (architecture, releases, monitoring) and support engineering execution.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of Android development in Kotlin, including at least one large-scale customer-facing app shipped to production.
•2+ years leading developers with ownership over delivery, quality, and technical direction, shipping end-to-end features.
•Strong command of Jetpack Compose, coroutines, MVVM, and SOLID, with REST API design knowledge and Android UI/UX best practices.
•Deep understanding of the mobile lifecycle (architecture, CI/CD, release, monitoring) plus hands-on experience with Camera APIs and media player libraries.
•Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) across coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews.
