Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, fabricate, and test analog and digital electrical circuits, including sensors, signal conditioning, motor control, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces.
•Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate and validate electrical subsystems within complex system architectures.
•Develop circuit simulations, mathematical analyses, and clear technical documentation to support design optimization and verification.
•Support verification and validation activities, including V&V, reliability, EMC testing, and development of test fixtures; troubleshoot hardware using standard lab equipment.
•Partner with manufacturing teams to improve production processes and develop production test fixtures; contribute to next-generation product concepts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,000 - 182,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience as an individual contributor, ideally within medical devices or another highly regulated industry such as aerospace.
•Strong electrical engineering skills, including schematic capture and PCB layout (preferably using Altium Designer), with knowledge of electrical safety and regulatory compliance standards (IEC 60601‑1, EMC, reliability testing).
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
•Comfortable working in a regulated environment, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting designs through development, verification, and manufacturing, with a focus on quality, reliability, and compliance.
•Bonus: experience with embedded C, Python-based automation or engineering tools, data acquisition systems, optical systems, motor control, and transition-to-manufacturing activities.
