Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, fabricate, and test analog and digital electrical circuits, including sensors, signal conditioning, motor control, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate and validate electrical subsystems within complex system architectures.
  • •Develop circuit simulations, mathematical analyses, and clear technical documentation to support design optimization and verification.
  • •Support verification and validation activities, including V&V, reliability, EMC testing, and development of test fixtures; troubleshoot hardware using standard lab equipment.
  • •Partner with manufacturing teams to improve production processes and develop production test fixtures; contribute to next-generation product concepts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience as an individual contributor, ideally within medical devices or another highly regulated industry such as aerospace.
  • •Strong electrical engineering skills, including schematic capture and PCB layout (preferably using Altium Designer), with knowledge of electrical safety and regulatory compliance standards (IEC 60601‑1, EMC, reliability testing).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
  • •Comfortable working in a regulated environment, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting designs through development, verification, and manufacturing, with a focus on quality, reliability, and compliance.
  • •Bonus: experience with embedded C, Python-based automation or engineering tools, data acquisition systems, optical systems, motor control, and transition-to-manufacturing activities.
