Job Summary

Implement and support SAP SD solutions by analyzing customer issues and requirements, estimating scope and impact, and creating functional specifications for support, enhancements, and projects. Configure SAP SD, develop ABAP specifications, and plan unit/integration testing with UAT coordination. Perform root-cause and impact analysis, document and train as needed, and provide SAP thought leadership to recommend improvements and consulting services. Flexible shifts may be required for project and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customer reported issues and project requirements for SAP solutions.
•Provide estimates, impact analyses, and feasibility assessments for customer requirements.
•Create functional specifications for support tickets, enhancements, and projects.
•Perform SAP SD solution configurations and create specifications for ABAP developments.
•Perform unit and integration testing, coordinate UAT, and conduct root-cause/impact analysis with documentation and training as required.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience implementing and supporting the SAP SD module.
•Strong knowledge of pricing and ATP checks, including EDI and SAP interface processing techniques.
•Strong knowledge of SAP MM procurement, inventory management, and subcontracting processes.
•Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution configurations.
•In-depth knowledge of After Market business processes including service, warranty processing, and dealer management.
