•Own the product area vision, strategy, implementation, and customer & business outcomes for Growth & Monetization
•Own the strategy and execution of member value realization, helping members clearly understand and quantify the financial outcomes Collective delivers to drive activation, retention, referrals, and revenue growth
•Grow Collective’s customer base through innovative product-led growth experiences (e.g. referrals, multi-user product experiences, community features and more)
•Work closely with VP of Sales & Marketing to run sales/ funnel optimization experiments
•Lead and inspire an XFN team to ship innovative experiences

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 255,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8+ years of product management. You have a deep understanding of the product craft throughout the entire product lifecycle - delivering successful & innovative products
•Growth product expertise. You deeply understand Growth products, incl. how to build seamless experiences to drive conversion, re-imagining referral programs, and building features throughout the product lifecycle to drive customer-led growth
•Fluency with experimentation and data. You are very comfortable defining experiments e.g A/B tests, fake door tests, and more. You know how to leverage data to make product decisions rapidly & insightfully
•An “owner” / “driver” mindset. You are biased toward action and get stuff done. No task is too big or too small for you. You strive to solve problems independently, while striking the balance of asking for help
•Comfort & skill with ambiguity. Ability to independently solve ambiguous problems with - first principles and structured thinking
