Job Summary

Build and scale analytics and sales/GTМ operations insights for Visa’s NA Value-Added Services team. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze sales, pipeline, revenue, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across NA VAS.
•Build repeatable analytics, dashboards, and tracking to inform GTM strategy and measure cycle times, bottlenecks, and progress to revenue.
•Design and build AI-powered agents, automations, and workflows to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.
•Improve post-sales intake, onboarding, and handoffs between Sales, Product, Operations, Enablement, and Delivery to reduce friction and accelerate revenue realization.
•Translate data into executive-ready stories and polished materials (slides, one-pagers, dashboards) for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree.
•2–4 years of experience in analytics, sales operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills with comfort working with large, messy datasets.
•Experience building analyses using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
•Strong proficiency with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow builders (including experimenting with AI agents or copilots).
