Job Summary

Guide regional marketplace seller support operations across the CEE market by bridging third-party support vendors and internal cross-functional teams. Evaluate seller-facing service quality to ensure strong customer experience and operational efficiency, manage outsourced agent teams, and monitor SLAs and KPIs. Lead escalations and incident response during seller crises, coordinate capacity planning and training, and drive continuous improvement through vendor feedback and workflow streamlining projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day operations of outsourced agent teams handling marketplace seller requests.
•Coordinate with planning teams for capacity planning, staffing adjustments, and training schedules.
•Monitor team performance against SLAs and KPIs, creating actionable plans to elevate service quality.
•Collaborate with Quality and Training to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development programs.
•Lead incident response for escalations and manage development projects to streamline agent workflows and adapt to emerging seller needs.

Key Requirements

•University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
•Experience in digital experience, project management, process improvement, or vendor-operations management; e-commerce background is a plus.

•Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to align external vendors with internal teams.
•Manage crises and complex escalations calmly with a customer-first mindset and excellent communication in Romanian and English.
