Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operations of the NDCAC Technical Resource Group (TRG), including management, operation, and maintenance of associated hardware, software, and processes.
  • •Provide timely incident management services aligned to SLA metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
  • •Document, coordinate, and answer technical questions and reported incidents from emergency responders; may train end users on resolution steps.
  • •Administer and maintain the ticket management tool and support a tiered Help Desk architecture.

Key Requirements
