•Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large projects leveraging MongoDB.
•Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB while articulating business value to stakeholders.
•Partner with sales teams on account planning, opportunity qualification, and pipeline generation, owning technical aspects such as discovery, demos, proof of value, sizing, and documentation.
•Proactively generate demand in the territory through technical initiatives, trade shows, and account-based marketing events.
•Foster customer success by building champions, mentoring Solutions Consulting team members, and relaying field feedback to product teams.

Key Requirements

•8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with 5 to 7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software.

•Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
•Ability to review complex application architectures with customers and recommend improvements leveraging technology.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
