  • •Represent supplier assurance as the onsite interface to Raytheon factories for tier meetings, layered process assessments, and nonconforming material reviews.
  • •Analyze supplied material non-conformance metrics and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.
  • •Investigate issues with supplied material to ensure accurate defect documentation, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with typically 5 years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools and processes.
  • •Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System.
  • •Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret) is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
