Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on wording and coverage thereby facilitating application of best practice and appropriate management of risks associated with writing country/regional covers under foreign global programs.
  • •Seeks advice and agreement where appropriate from the Receive underwriter and/or Technical Underwriting on more complex coverage requests received prior to service delivery.
  • •Take responsibility for the issuance of local policies, ensuring you follow instructions received from the foreign Service Specialist.
  • •Complete in accordance with internal and external guidelines, stipulated time frames and quality thresholds.
  • •Manage and resolve issues that arise during the insurance period related to local coverage requirements, policy issuance, premium payment, claims flow and program reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Underwriting area or other insurance area
  • •High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Underwriting area or other insurance area
