Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and audit the Real Estate Asset Database, ensuring contract details, key dates, and asset dimensions are accurate.
•Perform regular data reconciliation between Sequentra and Contavio to ensure financial reporting matches lease reality.
•Coordinate with local teams across Glovo’s markets to collect missing documentation and clarify data discrepancies.
•Audit and organize shared folders (Google Drive/Sharepoint) for easy retrieval of contracts and amendments.
•Assist with data mapping, cleaning, and validation during the migration from Sequentra to Tango.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing or recently finished a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Engineering.
•Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working with large datasets and high attention to detail.
•Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM/ERP/Database tools (e.g., Sequentra, Contavio, Tango) is a plus.
•Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) and confident in coordinating with stakeholders across countries.
•Proactive approach to identify data gaps and propose cleanup solutions.
