Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications to restore services on time and meet SLAs.
•Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; complete maintenance tasks, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes via controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring SLA adherence and conducting root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess and implement application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes with impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation while adhering to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.
