Lead all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Build branch revenue by growing small business expertise and expanding mass affluent relationships through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics. Manage human capital activities including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
