Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
•Identify, evaluate, and introduce new products and suppliers to drive quality improvements and long-term cost savings.
•Manage tendering and RFQ processes, ensuring competitive sourcing and effective negotiation to secure favorable commercial terms.
•Analyze data to prevent stock shortages and overstocking, and implement control measures to optimize inventory.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing requirements, track retail trends, support business needs, and contribute to team development and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
•5–7 years of experience in a similar role, with 2–4 years of experience in the retail or FMCG sector preferred.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
•Excellent teamwork and time management abilities, with a structured and organized approach to work.
•Strong numerical aptitude and decision-making skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
